The real estate team of the firm is poised towards providing standard drafting and negotiation support as well as advising its clients on real estate financing transactions, project finance, mortgage schemes and other property acquisition transactions.

This team has advised many clients in connection with real estate acquisition, financing and construction of several real estate projects in Nigeria. Many of these projects required the firm to advise on the regulatory framework for development of the properties, procurement of the relevant approvals, establishment of the project companies as well as undertaking extensive due diligence to determine the ownership and proprietary rights of the relevant properties.
